TERRA MOURA INN RETREAT & FARM is a reflection of Galicia’s rich agrarian roots and deep cultural heritage. Situated in a beautifully restored 18th-century stone farmhouse (Pazo), it offers an unparalleled luxury retreat, surrounded by the tranquil Faro Mountain range and the breathtaking Cantabrian Sea.
Positioned along the famous “Portuguese Way” and the “English Way” of the Camino de Santiago, the Inn is a perfect destination for guests seeking a luxurious stay during the pilgrimage to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.
Traditionally this Christian ancient pilgrimage is most often walked between March and September, where thousands of pilgrims each year walk the “ways” up to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.
The farm will be mostly powered by solar panels, significantly reducing energy costs and minimizing the carbon footprint. This sustainable approach aligns with our commitment to environmentally friendly practices while improving long-term profitability.
In addition to the farming areas, we will establish essential infrastructure, including storage facilities with cold storage capabilities and a dedicated packing facility. These will ensure that our products are efficiently stored and packaged, maintaining freshness for both local and international markets.
